It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas 28

Mona Pendleton | Wednesday, November 11, 2015 @ 7:34 AM | , , , , ,

Hi there! Happy Veteran's Day! Many thanks to all the women and men who are currently serving and have served to protect the United States of America. Today I have several vintage Christmas ornaments to share featuring repurposed tart tins that my daughter has gathered.
Using various colors of Prima Color Bloom sprays, I colored the tiny bottle brush Christmas trees as well as the seam binding. For some shimmery detail, I sprinkled the tins with snowflake like glitter and glass glitter.

I'm entering these ornaments in the current Anything But Cute challenge where the challenge theme is: It's Ornamental:
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Ooooh! I love these! I made some last year and the year before, but I love how yours are so brilliant and shiny (mine look a little dark when I look back at my blog post). Love the non-traditional colors and the addition of the bauble at the bottom! These will be so pretty on your tree! Thank you for joining our It's Ornamental challenge at Anything But Cute! Hugs! Holy cow Mona, I could stare at these for hours!! I just love the shabby, distressed metal and all that clear glitter just shimmers like a crisp frosty morning! I love the idea of the re-purposed tart tins, and they look so amazing with those itty bitty trees! Stunning ornaments!
